Delivery

 

Subject to the availability of the products in stock, unless there are extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to complete your order with the product(s) requested in the Delivery Confirmation within the time frame specified herein. However, delays may occur for reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances or delivery area. If, for some reason, we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and give you the option of keeping the order with a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund.

For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" is considered to have taken place or the order is considered to have been "delivered" when you enter or a third party designated by you enters physical possession of the goods, which is evidenced by a signature of receipt of order to the agreed delivery address.

Delivery is made by fast courier. The parcel arrives directly at your address within an estimated period of 5 working days, if the ordered product is in stock. In the case of pre-orders or customized orders, in addition to the delivery time, a manufacturing time will be added, specified after a telephone discussion.

The prices shown do not include delivery costs, unless expressly specified on the website.

The shipping cost depends on the location where delivery is requested and this cost is not included in the price of the products shown on our website. We assure you that for each order placed on the site, we strive to optimize the shipping costs so that they influence the total value of the order as little as possible.

The delivery time for the sizes still in the works is 1 -2 weeks.

If the package cannot be delivered (the recipient does not respond, the address specified by you is wrong, etc.), you will be contacted by phone by the courier. If the recipient cannot be contacted, the parcels remain with the regional courier for 3 days, after which they will be transferred to the Sender. In this situation, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract, and it will be treated as terminated. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund all payments received from you (except for any additional cost resulting from the method of delivery). Please note that the carriage arising from the termination of the Contract may incur an additional cost and we will have the right to pass this cost on to you.

We are not responsible for any late shipment, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or misdelivery of any shipment or part thereof.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Price

 

The price of each product will be the one mentioned on the website. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may have incorrect prices on the site, erroneously set by our IT application. Under these conditions, the final price accepted by the customer in discussions with our sales consultants is always considered to be the final price.

We are under no obligation to sell any product at the incorrect lower price (even after we have sent Delivery Confirmation), if the price error is obvious.

Prices may change at any time, but any potential change will not affect any order for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent , except as above.
