1. Returns

 

The customer can unilaterally terminate the contract with FLAVIANIS without citing a reason, only in writing, and can return the product(s) within the same period of 30 calendar days. Thus, products purchased from FLAVIANIS.com can be returned according to the law, within 30 calendar days of receiving them by courier. Before returning the product, it is mandatory to notify by email to contact@flavianis.com the intention to return a product/several products.

FLAVIANIS products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact) within a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery of the order. The product you want to give up must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (please send the product in its original packaging with all its accessories and tags intact). Include the invoice in the package, along with the returned products. The product must not have been worn or show signs of use. If the returned product shows signs of use and/or does not contain all the accessories and labels intact, FLAVIANIS reserves the right to refuse the return request. The refund of the amount paid can only be made to the bank account, in this regard please you correctly give us the bank account to which you want us to make the refund, together with the name of the account holder. All transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns, only the value of the returned products will be refunded, not the transport fees. The refund of the amount paid will be made to the bank account indicated by you, within a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.

 

2. Defective products

 

If the product shows any defect, we will replace your item with an identical one (model, size and colour) or refund you its full value, as well as the delivery costs incurred by you to receive the respective product. We will always refund all amounts using the same method you used to make the payment. This provision does not affect your legal rights provided by the regulations in force.

 

3. Exchanges

 

Products purchased on our website can be exchanged within 30 calendar days of receiving the package for products of the same or greater value (and you will pay the difference). Before changing a product, it is mandatory to notify by email to flavianis.shop@gmail.com or to the phone number displayed on the website the intention to change a product/several products. Please use a protective box to prevent damage to the product during transport.
